Cardano - Undervalued At the Moment?

Cardano has reached a low of 24 cents. Is it a good time to buy? For daytraders, perhaps, it's at the low part of its current channel. For holders, it's not a bad deal either; I would expect Cardano to well exceed 24 cents when the market cap goes higher. However, for the week and for the month, Cardano still has not broken out of its downward channel. In December and early January, it was a 12 cent coin that quickly spiked to 50 cents. After that it pulled back to 38 cents. This should have been an indication to people that a week may not have been a long enough period of time to confirm any strong supports for this coin. However, it still hysterically shot up to 1.20 before correcting. Stoch RSI shows it to be oversold at the present moment, though in recent times it has only predicted very small short-term pumps. If a symmetrical triangle were drawn from the 12 cent mark onward, it broke downward after it corrected below 50 cents at the end of January, so there is no irrefutable sign of continuation.

I'm deeming 24 cent Cardano to be somewhat undervalued, though I'm not ruling out the possibility of it correcting further.
