Blocknet interoperability protocol / Decentralised exchange
This one's really hard to trade on short term so we'll do a short cover about this project as a loooong term investment.
Straight out of the horses mouth: "The Blocknet empowers the passionate communities behind every coin with atomic swaps on a truly decentralized dapp platform. Once you achieve trustless exchange you create space for an entire ecosystem of monetized service. By creating an “internet of blockchains,” the Blocknet is positioned to enable the frictionless monetisation of APIs, and in doing so, to empower blockchain technology by converting its thousands of isolated chains into a token ecosystem.
So basically Blocknet ecosystem could be called "internet of blockchains". Pretty damn intriguing. Think Blocknet as a protocol rather than coin.
Blocknet team has built their platform since 2014 which is an eternity in cryptospace. Instead of hyping nonsense flashy whitepapers these guys have been writing code an reiterating the DX for several times.
Major milestones:
-Trustless atomic swaps already working (full wallets & chains needed atm).
-Servicenode launch in summer 2017. 5000 coins are needed to run servicenode (think of it as a masternode) to collect DX & servicenode fees. The current amount is not set in stone, it could be changed in the future with voting / community consensus.
-Decentralised exchange brand & UI launch last week with the help of VSA partners (marketing & development company who have done work for IBM, Facebook and such : www.vsapartners.com/work/ ) -> quick peek image : blocknet.co/assets/img/exchange.png
-New web site was launched last week: blocknet.co

There's a ton of activity around Blocknet ecosystem at the moment. Once the SPV support will be launched in summer 2018 this project will fly high.
In a nutshell : great fundamentals, steady development, extraordinary UI/marketing partner, relatively low market cap & price. Currently Block is trading for about 330k sats in Bittrex. In 2017 Block was pumped over 700k sats. Order books are prone to heavy manipulation.
You might wanna try out their new DX ui. It's in the alpha stage but it does look really promising. Should I be a BTC whale I'd score one of them servicenodes for sure. One really cannot underestimate the power of passive income with this one. Sadly you need deep pockets to get one.
Blocknet could be the dark horse for 2018. Big time. Dex's are coming with a vengeance. This one's a keeper. For looooong time hodling.

Sometimes it feels good to predict crypto with decent accuracy: Block went sub 200k very briefly and now is heading up to 300k.

From trading point of view : you might get lucky during daily swings at the very top ~400k -> buy back when it retraces. Due to the nature of illiquid market you might get burned. One whale = crazy swings both ways. Damn.
