Sometimes the psychological value of an Ascending MM actually looking like a MM turns this bearish.. In future I think we need a Gap criteria.. Let's throw it out there that the gap has to be at least a full fib distance to one side, if it falls within the range of those first fibs it is assumed textbook Heartbeat or Mighty Mouse !.. Here is to keeping it real and staying flexible in our definitions as we blaze a path through the jungle looking to tame these viscious beasts !!
