When the recently announced CCIV transaction is complete, won't the current owners of CCIV hold 256 million (16%) of the total 1.6 billion shares of the pro-forma company, which will then be trading as Lucid Motors?
So assume Lucid Motors is worth $44 Billion, shouldn't the current CCIV shares be trading at 16% of that valuation (or approximately a $7 Billion market cap)?
