ETH Lagging BTC but Approaching Resistance

ETH bulls get a 4 hour higher low and higher high overnight, but have yet to break the high of the bounce which BTC broke long ago.
Bulls grinding hourly EMA support the last dozen+ hours and trying to get over 4 hour EMA 12 and 26 resistance.
Still a weight on the price action for the bulls. A catalyst will be needed to see bulls favored comparatively.
I personally have not traded ETH in weeks and have no plans to at this point.
Loss of the 4 hour higher low established last night will be a clear red flag for the bulls.
Break of $10k for BTC likely required for ETH bulls to break the high of the bounce to this point.
