The EURJPY is in a C wave of the daily corrective structure. It seems like the C wave is completed so buying the break out is a good idea. I would wait for a lower degree correction before I buy.

Hello Traders , there is someone offering some of my training videos for sale at a lower price, so I am sending a warning to all , if you bought it from him you should know that 1) we have his IBAN number , we have his Paypal account and we have a lot of evidence of him trying to sell it to a number of people. All this evidence will be given to the police in his country to to file a case of ' theft of intellectual property" . 2) The videos themselves will not help you since it is the training which makes the difference so you have just wasted you money. 3) when the police get him your name will be in the list of people who bought stolen property .
