ICX has been in a downtrend for a while now. Approaching the 0.786 Fib level.
Buy opportunity at around 25,500. I would recommend laddering buys from 28000 down to 25500.
If you are long, anything under 30,000 is a great price.
At theses prices, you really can't go wrong. All Time High was 92k, expecting a bull run for ICX in April. Token swap this month, which should hopefully result in Korean exchanges. Platform release in April if they stick to the roadmap, this should cause a big bull run for ICX.
