XCU.USD (copper) with a high tf example on 3 day chart that one a Double Top at EXACTLY the 9.618. If one did not sell at that line, then I dont know where else would have been more "toppish".
Also note the initial Bounce at the 4.236, the MOST COMMON retrace (9.618 to 4.618 or 4.236). Now we have the Coronavirus scare, taking down everything to do with China.

What time frame did you use to locate and place the fib on UBER?

@RTurner090, Originally plotted on the 5 min, scaled up to hourly for the impulse. Often the fib I started with (at the bottom) is too small of an impulse as it progresses, so I use a golden multiple of that micro fib, to place my macro fib. Thus I may scale up the impulse many times over the life of an asset, to keep the fib multiples manageable, like not having to use 1.618^100 levels.
So it is really a matter of catching the "rhythm".
