IMHO you can't do TA on this chart without looking at the price of bitcoin. with bitcoin as strong as it is for now, neo and most alt coins can't compete. Until we see some cooling off of bitcoin, I don't see a reversal. The good news is Neo is still quite strong despite the 1000$ jump in the price of bitcoin in just a few days.
