ok it 's not an advice to buy but just my point of view about Néo, his price is very cheap and the graphics say to me it might be cheaper in the next few days (target around 60 usd) . In april Nex (neonexchange) ico begin , many people will take part so they need Néo >>>price go up!!!
Just be carefull because Néo price follow BTC price so if BTC falls Néo will probably reach the target , but if BTC become bullish , patern will be invalidated...
