technically the pattern can work if somehow we go below 13700 on Monday but if we had a gap up or somehow we crossed NEW 52 week HIGH on Monday (probability is high) then the pattern will be a failure as for bearish bat to work "X" should not be crossed by "D" in above chart as of now it is valid
