It seems like a lower bottom has been the direction for a long periode now. Would appreciate your thoughts about this chart and what you think about if it will continue to create lower levels or if its time for it to move to higher price again.

@Skatespeare, Its an indicator that counts from 1 to 9 before a move in one direction (idealistically) is finished. Its best to use on 4 hour chart, but can give hints on the bigger and smaller charts too.
