NZDUSD - D - POTENTIAL LONG
Dear traders,
Here is a new POTENTIAL LONG signal on NZDUSD :
Entry, SL and TPs on daily chart.
I'm trying to make up a bit of education on my strategy as some traders asked me about.
Time frame analysis :
- Monthly : not on the chart above, but bearish. Momentum is decreasing so we could interpret this as slowdown of bearish PA.
- Weekly : Here we see with the blue curve along low TMS RSI that we "may" be bottoming on the short term. If confirmed, then a pullback to upper range of BB/PAC is very much possible.
- Daily : Not much PA but TMS is nearing RSI50 that is a strong resistance, but in case this is broken we could see a big movement to the north.
- 4H : This is where it's getting interesting, all indicators are flattening (?) around RSI50 on TMS. That could lead us to think of bigger movement coming and end of consolidation.
This is not a signal just a few hints to explain why I'm looking at this pair, and why I would open a long if several criterias above are confirmed.

This long is not yet validated. 4H was a false breakout however it still behaves nicely. Weekly is very important to see if we continue to accumulate before exploding north.
