I see one more low at $14.50 as possible. But likely first it will bounce to $23.50-$25.00

I don't think it's going for another 'dead cat' bounce up to 23 then back to 14.50. You could be right but only the Fed knows where the price will be in the near tearm. :) At least that's been my experience thus far.
