Over few weeks price and volume of TATA Motors is showing signs of bottoming out. It is trading above 200 EMA on daily time time frame comfortably since Nov 2019, but at that time it failed to reverse the trend. Last it was in May 2016 that stock reversed the downward trend. Targets and stop loss mentioned on chart.
On monthly chart it is trading in falling channel and last weeks candle looks like a inside bar.( Check attached Link)
