The point of my notes is that most retail traders lose money. They're delusional and don't realize they don't have enough money to move the market. They're being pressured out of their positions, because taking the retail trader out is the goal on large investors. So it will go up, but they have their own strategies to load up their positions. Especially true for long term holds. What this means is retail traders make money on volatility and deny volatility to retail traders is a form of pressure to exit position and find volatility else where. You want to bet on the large investors and not the retail traders.
