Yes price is breaking trend-line on monthly, but it could easily be a fake breakout. It would be interesting to watch how SNB tackles the appreciating CHF, now that Euro is on uptrend if it sustains CHF would be checking back .956 area or even more.
Don't short too early, let the price re-test and then you can jump in at short trade. Wait until SNB and fomc is done for safe ride.
