iMPULSE LEG:

Wave 2 = 61.8% of wave 1 (Prices usually do not retrace more than 61.8% of the wave 1 gains;
Can never exceed the start of wave 1);

wave 3 = 161% ext of wave 1 (can never be the shortest impulse wave);

wave 4 = 38.2% of wave 3 (can never overlap wave 1 [i.e., cross into the same price area]);

wave 5 = wave 1

CORRECTiON:

Wave A = usually around the 50% or 61.8% of wave 5

Wave B = Usually 50% of Wave A and Should not exceed 75% of wave A

Wave C = Wave A (AB=CD)
161% ext Wave A
262% ext Wave A

Eventual Patterns inside the Impulse:

Eventual Cypher pattern:
Point B:
38.2% to 61.8% XA
Point C:
127% to 141% ext XA
Point D:
78.6% XC
Target:
TP1 38.2% CD

Eventual Patterns inside the Correction:

AB=CD pattern IF the wave B retracement do not exceed the 61.8% of Wave A, in this case one Cypher pattern can be forged too;

I dont think down move is done oil is heading to 8$ a barrel (i think by june we will see That.Remember ABC correction always followed by an impulsive wave what we see on a daily chart is a completion(arnd 37$) of ABC pattern arnd 37$ (Wave A from jan 19th--27.5 a barrel to jan 27th 34.81$ ,,,then Wave B wave from jan 27th to feb 10th ---34.81$ ---26$ ,,,Currently C wave is unfolding and abt to end near 37$(ABC completion) once that completes an Impulsive wave to the downside will unfold and price is likely to fall towards 7---8 dollar a barrel(2.62% fib extension of Wave 1 on a monthly chart)
