@Mark.obradley, The true is that the market have little correlation with oil prices but fear could influence in the selloff of the commodity if another crash come...
Also U.S. Oil Production is increasing faster than expected and all Opec members will increase production once the deal expires Another main reason is that green energy would be cheaper in the future at global scale and electric cars will kill oil prices... .
