Spent my time today to decode counts of the previous years in USOIL. My conclusion is that we are in WXY pattern which shall end at $20 somewhere by the end of the next year 2020. This will be the basis for shorter-term trades. Oil is very interesting to analyse. Many scars and missed expectations.
