USWS has made higher lows since April and recently had a MACD cross. The price close to the POC line (YTD) and the rsi is still relatively low. Yesterday's candle is very bullish making a bullish engulfing candle. It also tested to fib levels and closed just under the .382 level. I'm looking for this to move up the fibonacci scale for a long term swing trade.
