Target is rolling over and Walmart is turning the corner.
Time to Sell (Short) Target and Time to Buy (Go Long) Walmart
Time frame for this trade: 1-3 months, if profitable, then maybe hold 6-9 months.
Walmart has been beaten down by higher self-inflicted labor costs (raising the minimum wage on itself) and a soft economic environment. Well, that same soft environment applies to Target. It looks like the MOMENTUM OUT of Walmart and INTO Target has finally faded and it's time to reverse the trade.
These stocks don't stay "separated" forever.

I accidentally kept this chart private earlier when I published it. My previous post was incomplete, so I kept it private until it is ready (hint: it involves Coffee, Sugar and Starbucks)

Wallmart's so low right now.
The range expansion down is pretty terrible. I would be scared to go long there. Tim?

you must be stopped out now, but do you think this latest drop is overdone and maybe possibility of a dead cat bounce for next few days, to make back some $$$?
