no rate hike in november...watch the markets and news thoroughly... even a 5 yr old kid can tell less probability of rate hike in november than december kindly dont bother me again if u dont agree with my idea & kindly publish ur ideas so i can see whom im talking to..:)

well... then we agree on that, no rate hike! so please explain to the people how silver will go up? I only share my opinion and i am telling you that 18.0x might be the turning point.
