On Thursday, Ripple announced a tie-up with Dallas-based money transfer giant MoneyGram. In a statement, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse described the MoneyGram tie-up as a strategic one, and said it would demonstrate XRP’s ability to lower costs for money transfers between friends and families.

The new about Moneygram and XRP is a game changer! I've always been buying this coin, so I hope this news now dispels the myth that the banks will not be using the XRP coin, only the technology. Of course the banks will use the XRP coin. Moneygram certainly is!! This should be the top coin very soon.

Don't forget that they have some plans to test it! No one is said that Moneygram will use it.
Now every day new coin appears. I will not be surprised if tomorrow Moneygram coin is available in exchanges.
Don't forget that XRP is actually not a part of company. It is not a currency. It is just a token. It is even not used by big partners of RippleLab. Big names uses IOU ledger.
My point is that RippleLab and IOU ledger can exist without XRP token. All this big rises and falls are made by people, which do not know what they buy.
