@ThommyTomka, I understand your frustration. I don't think answer will please you. I made this up and you can read about it at occultmagnetism.com (the last section has a bunch of rule of thumb's that I strive to fulfill). It was some months ago I updated it so it's not completely fresh. I don't actually know how Fibonacci circles is intended to be used. This won't please you but I actually drew the small Ripple Fibonacci in mid September 2017. At that time I didn't understand the patterns I was drawing, but I know it a bit better now I think.
