The recent amendment refines these terms, ensuring the continuation of the service arrangement.The key details of the amended agreement are as follows:

Zaggle has confirmed that the amended agreement is an arm's length transaction. None of the promoter, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in Tyger Capital Private Limited.
