The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2050 GMT on Monday:

** Tycoon German Larrea's conglomerate Grupo Mexico SAB is in advanced talks to acquire Citigroup's C Mexican retail bank Banamex, Bloomberg News reported, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

** Cryptocurrency operator Circle Internet Financial said it has decided to end a $9 billion deal with blank-check firm Concord Acquisition Corp (CND.N), nearly ten months after an earlier agreement was amended.

** Olympique Lyonnais Groupe SA (OL) OOLG has given American investor John Textor's Eagle Football Holdings LLC until Wednesday to reach a final and unconditional agreement to buy the French Ligue 1 football club, OL said.

** Johnson & Johnson JNJ unit Janssen Global Services said it does not intend to make an offer for biotech company Horizon Therapeutics (HZNP.O).

** Origin Energy Ltd ORG and its Canadian pension fund partner have dropped out of the running to acquire Australian renewable energy developer CWP Renewables, two sources with direct knowledge of the matter said.

** Italy's biggest construction group Webuild SpA WBD said it has dropped the proposed acquisition of Australian rival Clough.

** National Grid NG. said it expects to complete sale of a 60% stake in its British gas transmission and metering business by Jan. 31 after meeting all the conditions for the deal.
