I was automatically billed for 1 year after my free trial period ended. I'd like to have a refund

According to our policy, you are able to request a refund within 14 days of automatic deduction of your 1-year subscription plan. No refunds will be issued after that period. You can contact our support team to request a refund, as long as the refund deadline hasn't passed.
