Interesting how much today's exhaustion doji resembles a crosshair. I think if bears take a direct shot and hit that bullseye, this whole bubble will pop.
Don't believe me? Didn't AAPL earnings just beat the street yet again?
Let me show you something: macrotrends.net/stocks/charts/AAPL/apple/shares-outstanding. Sure, AAPL once did invent and sell great products. However, they have been deceiving the world about the strength of their business, just like most every other company out there. In that link for outstanding AAPL shares, see if you can digest the YoY Quarterly Growth. If those red bars since 2013 don't make you puke, continue to the Revenue & Profit link. Hmmm... flatline growth since 2013.
What does it all mean? AAPL and pretty much every other company out there have stopped growing since 2013. They have merely been fooling everyone using the financial manipulation technique called stock buybacks for the past 7 years. This is likely part of the reason why the market and repos are nearly completely drained of liquidity. Companies have bought back so many shares now, that there just aren't many out there. It has gone on for far too long, but I think this shenanigan that benefits only the already super wealthy will soon come to a tumbling halt.
Trade safe, friends.
