The correlation between btc and bch is more just a fork. The movement in price is near identical. Regardless of what altcoin is being compared to BTC.
You can use BTC as an index chart to gauge buyer or seller sentiment to trade your altcoin/usd etc.
Here are two charts. the top being BTC and the lower being BCH. Both are forming similar head and shoulder reversal patterns. It's quite common for
this particle pattern, to put it simply, it may have two left or two right shoulders. In an incline or decline formation. And as per textbook trading, target
the distance from the top of the head to the neckline minus 25%.
