With this consolidation, a sharp sell off can trigger a short covering rally. Lot of coinciding levels pointing towards a potential bottom.
From the Chart - It is very clear that CL is stuck between two major fib grid levels. Base swing (SL = 10.49 and SH = 37.00) forgot to add it to the chart.
Being in Europe for a couple of days, heard from folks, that they increased 10% tax on gasoline, atleast in SE. something like this from US will trigger a sell off. watch out, play the b/o direction. don't chase
