According to Edgar filings, there have been 7 CNPA (convertible note purchase agreements) going back to 07/23/23. That being said the company should have plenty of cash on hand for operations and to launch any new products to market. Rumors of AR lenses are in the works and they are collaborating with a prominent Chinese gamer to develop and promote their holographic technologies within the gaming community. Also, lets not forget that MicroCloud Hologram is wotking with BYD, China's largest new energy vehicle ( NEV). HOLO is providing Content Mangement Systems CMS to BYD. Therefore with 22 weeks of brutal selling the stock is clearly in an oversold situation and acting like the stock is headed to the chopping block, I believe we should see the stock stabilize and bounce back or announce a R/S like they did last time leaving the recent buyers in an unfavorable postion.

Correction there were 14 offering since 07/23/23..14 CNPA offerings.My guess is this this is why the O/S ballooned to 82M, w the FF standing at 25M
