1) The News - found out the company official twitter saying they going to file their financial info and becoming Pink Current .
2) The Company Shares - I also check on their Outstanding Share, quite much 25B , but restricted 80% . unrestricted is 6b , is this consider low float ?
3) Based on the chart , the price did a breakout of previous high , and the chart daily pattern is creating higher high and higher low.
4 ) Their CEO is General Principal of NYSE
5) Similar to VPER which doing Smart city concept . I think the crowd all speculate on their financial update , the volume sure caught lot of attention . if today close high , the next week might have another green candle. just share my thought .
