Price is trading within a specific range recently, and is in a good set up to turn up towards 20. This is an old resistance and i would see a lot of profit taking at that point, and if breached, a runup [with supporting volume]
Currently the price is making higher highs and higher lows, so the bullish trend is in tact....but as TimWest noted once, if something gets too obvious, it gets risky and can surprise you, so trade at own risk.
