7. no accumulation near the level so far, approaching with paranormal bars
8. no rollback
9. closed in more than 1 ATR distance
10. level of a pullback + paranormal bar
from that point was made move to the other side of the range
11. has enough room for a move 1 to 5.1
12. no model ascending lows
