RUT - Russel in test mode

After missing the lower (orange) centerline, RUT has made a first test of the L-MLH.

It's hard to say, where this market will go.
The Hagopian indicates a further surge, the test a potential new fall to the south.

Sitting on my hands and collecting theta meanwhile.
