What is this lawsuit about?
On July 14, 2023, Leslie’s reported a 12% sales decline for Q3 2023, an EPS 42% below expectations, and cut its EBITDA outlook by up to 60%. The company cited consumer stockpiling of chemicals from the previous season and also announced the CFO’s resignation.
Following this, LESL dropped 29% and lost over $0.5 billion in market value.
