The court has set a deadline for claims in the $5.6M Exicure settlement. Investors have until January 27, 2025, to submit their claims and receive payout.

XCUR shareholders sued Exicure, claiming it misled them by overstating the progress of its preclinical research for Friedreich’s ataxia treatment and hiding serious data problems. Exicure has now agreed to settle by paying investors $5.6M.
