Apple’s upcoming A20 chip is rumored to be exclusive to the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and the company’s first foldable phone. Built on TSMC’s cutting-edge 2nm process with new WMCM packaging, the A20 aims to deliver improved performance-per-watt without increasing the chip’s footprint. However, RAM will reportedly remain capped at 12GB across models. Mass production is expected by late 2026.
