Mullen has officially completed its rebranding and is now operating as Bollinger Innovations, and is trading under a new ticker BINI.

The change did not impact the operational structure, and shareholders were not required to take any action.

Why did they do it?

Well, they said that the rebrand is part of a bigger strategy to consolidate its commercial electric vehicle lineup under one brand, to create a more consistent and recognizable identity for customers, dealers, and investors.

How will this affect investors?

Luckily, their previous legal commitments are the same, so things like the investor settlement over the issues with their EV production are still on track, and people can still file a claim to get their compensation.
