MTAR Technologies Board to Consider Q1 FY26 Results in August 5 Board Meeting

MTAR Technologies has announced that a board meeting will be held on August 5, 2025, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26).

The meeting, which was initially scheduled for 2:00 p.m., will now commence at 12:30 p.m. at the company's registered office. In addition to the unaudited financial results, the board will also review the Limited Review Report for the quarter and year ended June 30, 2025.

The board will also take up any other business with the permission of the Chair.

Further, with reference to the letter dated June 25, 2025, regarding the closure of the trading window for dealing in the company's shares, it is informed that pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results. This restriction applies to all designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives on account of the consideration of unaudited financial statements (consolidated and standalone) for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.This is for your information and records.
