Romania sells 635.0 mln lei of October 2033 bonds and 500.9 mln lei of October 2028 bonds
Romania sold a more than planned 635.0 million lei ($144.66 million) worth of October 2033 bonds on Monday and a more than planned 500.9 million lei worth of October 2028 bonds, with the average accepted yield at 7.27% and 7.31% respectively, central bank data showed.
Debt managers, who had planned to sell 500 million lei of the October 2033 paper, last tendered the bonds in September at an average yield of 7.56%. They had also planned to sell 300 million lei of the October 2028 paper and last tendered the bonds in September at an average yield of 7.38%.
