Drawdown on Bridge Loan Facilities
Kropz Plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer and developer, announced on 14 July 2025 that Kropz Elandsfontein (Pty) Ltd ("Elandsfontein") and ARC Fund ("ARC") (together the "Parties") have agreed to a ZAR 200 million (approximately US$ 11.4 million) loan facility (the "Loan")
The first draw down on the Loan for an amount of ZAR 60 million has been made.
