Extension of Revolving CreditFacility
Vitalist has signed a letter of intent with VestaWealth Partners to add an extension period of two (2) years and removeany condition of further review from the CA$12,000,000 revolvingcredit facility (the “Credit Facility”) term sheet dated December13, 2022. The intention of this letter of intent is to extend thematurity of the Credit Facility to December 13, 2026.
