KEY INFORMATION RELATING TO THE CASH DIVIDEND TO BE PAID BY DEEP VALUE DRILLER AS

Oslo, 5 August 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by DeepValue Driller AS ("DVD") earlier today. As set out in the notice, the board ofdirectors has resolved to distribute a dividend in the amount of NOK 0.20 pershare, in total approximately NOK 18.6 million, for August 2025.

The dates relevant to the proposed dividend distribution are set out below:

Dividend amount: NOK 0.20 per shareAnnounced currency: NOKLast day including right: 6 August 2025Ex-date: 7 August 2025Record date: 8 August 2025Payment date: On or about 12 August 2025Date of approval: 5 August 2025

The distribution shall constitute repayment of paid-in capital by theshareholders of DVD.
