Library "dmarcLevelParser"
Provides a parsing library that indicator authors can use in order to parse dmarcLevels.

parseLevels(s)
  Parses the string content and returns the `dmarcLevels` found within.
  Parameters:
    s (string): The string to parse.
  Returns: The parsed dmarc levels.

zoneRange
  Fields:
    high (series float)
    low (series float)
