BT D/W/M Separators

This will print vertical lines for Daily/Weekly/Monthly open and close times. Also highlighting the days of the week including weekends for the crypto lovers :-)

Nota Keluaran

This is an update from the original Daily/Weekly/Monthly Zone separators.

This is now written with the line.new ruction instead of plot bgcolor lines so the lines are more defined.

You now how have full control on linewidth and colours of each of the lines.

Also added is the option to have the previous day/week/month highs and lows in a horizontal line. :-)

Nota Keluaran

This is an update on previous version, it now has added customisation to all lines and the main update is you can now tweak the opening day hour. Please be aware that if hour selected is the hour 'some' markets are closed then this indicator will NOT work correctly.

It is set for daily open 23:00 hrs GMT and this covers the majority of markets.

Ive now hopefully fixed the bugs with the random horizontal line.

Also added Quarterly and Yearly Lines.
