Futures = BYBIT+ BITMEX
Fiat = KRAKEN + BITSTAMP + BITFLYER + COINBASE
Tether = HITBTC + HUOBI + BINANCE + BITFINEX
Spot = Fiat + Tether

Tether vs Fiat = 100 * Tether / (Tether + Fiat)
Spot vs Futures = 100 * Spot / (Spot + Futures)
