ATR PivotsThe "ATR Pivots" script is a technical analysis tool designed to help traders identify key levels of support and resistance on a chart. The indicator uses various metrics such as the Average True Range (ATR), Daily True Range ( DTR ), Daily True Range Percentage (DTR%), Average Daily Range (ADR), Previous Day High ( PDH ), and Previous Day Low ( PDL ) to provide a comprehensive picture of the volatility and movement of a security. The script also includes an EMA cloud and 200 EMA for trend identification and a 1-minute ATR scalping strategy for traders to make informed trading decisions.
ATR Detail:-
The ATR is a measure of the volatility of a security over a given period of time. It is calculated by taking the average of the true range (the difference between the high and low of a security) over a set number of periods. The user can input the number of periods (ATR length) to be used for the ATR calculation. The script also allows the user to choose whether to use the current close or not for the calculation. The script calculates various levels of support and resistance based on the relationship between the security's range ( high-low ) and the ATR. The levels are calculated by multiplying the ATR by different Fibonacci ratios (0.236, 0.382, 0.5, 0.618, 0.786, 1.000) and then adding or subtracting the result from the previous close. The script plots these levels on the chart, with the -100 level being the most significant level. The user also has an option to choose whether to plot all Fibonacci levels or not.
DTR and DTR% Detail:-
The Daily True Range Percentage (DTR%) is a metric that measures the daily volatility of a security as a percentage of its previous close. It is calculated by dividing the Daily True Range ( DTR ) by the previous close. DTR is the range between the current period's high and low and gives a measure of the volatility of the security on a daily basis. DTR% can be used as an indicator of the percentage of movement of the security on a daily basis. In this script, DTR% is used in combination with other metrics such as the Average True Range (ATR) and Fibonacci ratios to calculate key levels of support and resistance for the security. The idea behind using DTR% is that it can help traders to better understand the daily volatility of the security and make more informed trading decisions.
For example, if a security has a DTR% of 2%, it suggests that the security has a relatively low level of volatility and is less likely to experience significant price movements on a daily basis. On the other hand, if a security has a DTR% of 10%, it suggests that the security has a relatively high level of volatility and is more likely to experience significant price movements on a daily basis.
ADR:-
The script then calculates the ADR (Average Daily Range) which is the average of the daily range of the security, using the formula (Period High - Period Low) / ATR Length. This gives a measure of the average volatility of the security on a daily basis, which can be useful for determining potential levels of support and resistance .
PDH /PDL:-
The script also calculates PDH (Previous Day High) and PDL (Previous Day Low) which are the High and low of the previous day of the security. This gives a measure of the previous day's volatility and movement, which can be useful for determining potential levels of support and resistance .
EMA Cloud and 200 EMA Detail:-
The EMA cloud is a technical analysis tool that helps traders identify the trend of the market by comparing two different exponential moving averages (EMAs) of different lengths. The cloud is created by plotting the fast EMA and the slow EMA on the chart and filling the space between them. The user can input the length of the fast and slow EMA , and the script will calculate and plot these EMAs on the chart. The space between the two EMAs is then filled with a color that represents the trend, with green indicating a bullish trend and red indicating a bearish trend . Additionally, the script also plots a 200 EMA , which is a commonly used long-term trend indicator. When the fast EMA is above the slow EMA and the 200 EMA , it is considered a bullish signal, indicating an uptrend. When the fast EMA is below the slow EMA and the 200 EMA , it is considered a bearish signal, indicating a downtrend. The EMA cloud and 200 EMA can be used together to help traders identify the overall trend of the market and make more informed trading decisions.
1 Minute ATR Scalping Strategy:-
The script also includes a 1-minute ATR scalping strategy that can be used by traders looking for quick profits in the market. The strategy involves using the ATR levels calculated by the script as well as the EMA cloud and 200 EMA to identify potential buy and sell opportunities. For example, if the 1-minute ATR is above 11 in NIFTY and the EMA cloud is bullish , the strategy suggests buying the security. Similarly, if the 1-minute ATR is above 30 in BANKNIFTY and the EMA cloud is bullish , the strategy suggests buying the security.
Inside Candle:-
The Inside Candle is a price action pattern that occurs when the current candle's high and low are entirely within the range of the previous candle's high and low. This pattern indicates indecision or consolidation in the market and can be a potential sign of a trend reversal. When used in the 15-minute chart, traders can look for Inside Candle patterns that occur at key levels of support or resistance. If the Inside Candle pattern occurs at a key level and the price subsequently breaks out of the range of the Inside Candle, it can be a signal to enter a trade in the direction of the breakout. Traders can also use the Inside Candle pattern to trade in a tight range, or to reduce their exposure to a current trend.
Risk Management:-
As with any trading strategy, it is important to practice proper risk management when using the ATR Pivots script and the 1-minute ATR scalping strategy. This may include setting stop-loss orders, using appropriate position sizing, and diversifying your portfolio. It is also important to note that past performance is not indicative of future results and that the script and strategy provided are for educational purposes only.
In conclusion, the "ATR Pivots" script is a powerful tool that can help traders identify key levels of support and resistance , as well as trend direction. The additional metrics such as DTR , DTR%, ADR, PDH , and PDL provide a more comprehensive picture of the volatility and movement of the security, making it easier for traders to make better trading decisions. The inclusion of the EMA cloud and 200 EMA for trend identification, and the 1-minute ATR scalping strategy for quick profits can further enhance a trader's decision-making process. However, it is important to practice proper risk management and understand that past performance is not indicative of future results.

The current stock price is based on the total "diluted EPS" and PER for the past four quarters
It is an indicator that can be visually confirmed, where is the maximum, minimum, or average stock price?
- Calculate the "diluted EPS" at that time from the total "diluted EPS" for each of the past four quarters.
- Calculate daily PER from the closing price
Then, the maximum, minimum, and average PER for the past 200 days are calculated.
By multiplying this by "diluted EPS", the maximum, minimum, and average stock prices are shown.
White line : Stock price based on the maximum PER for the past 200 days
Red line : Stock price based on the minimum PER for the past 200 days
Yellow line: Stock price based on average PER for the past 200 days
* Note) If there is a minus in "EPS after dilution" every quarter, white and red may be reversed.

Fibo Swing MFI by julzALGOOVERVIEW
Fibo Swing MFI by julzALGO blends MFI → RSI → Least-Squares smoothing to flag overbought/oversold swings and continuously plot Fibonacci retracements from the rolling high/low of the last 200 bars. It’s built to spot momentum shifts while giving you a clean, always-current fib map of the recent market range.
CORE PRINCIPLES
Hybrid Momentum Signal
- Uses MFI to integrate price and volume.
- Applies RSI to MFI for momentum clarity.
- Smooths the result with Least Squares regression to reduce noise.
Swing Identification
- Marks potential swing highs when momentum is overbought.
- Marks potential swing lows when momentum is oversold.
Fixed-Window Fibonacci Mapping
- Always calculates fib levels from the highest high and lowest low of the last 200 bars.
- This keeps fib zones consistent, independent of swing point detection.
Visual Clarity & Non-Repainting Logic
- Clean labels for OB/OS zones.
- Lines and levels update only as new bars confirm changes.
Adaptability
- Works on any market and timeframe.
- Adjustable momentum length, OB/OS thresholds, and smoothing.
HOW IT WORKS
- Computes Money Flow Index (MFI) from price & volume.
- Applies RSI to the MFI for clearer OB/OS momentum.
- Smooths the hybrid with a Least Squares (linear regression) filter.
- Swing labels appear when OB/OS conditions are met (green = swing low, red = swing high).
- Fibonacci retracements are always drawn from the highest high and lowest low of the last 200 bars (rolling window), independent of swing labels.
HOW TO USE
- Watch for OB/OS flips to mark potential swing highs/lows.
- Use the 200-bar fib grid as your active map of pullback levels and reaction zones.
- Combine fib reactions with your price action/volume cues for confirmation.
- Works across markets and timeframes.
SETTINGS
- Length – Period for both MFI and RSI.
- OB/OS Levels – Overbought/oversold thresholds (default 70/30).
- Smooth – Least-Squares smoothing length.
- Fibonacci Window – Fixed at 200 bars in this version (changeable in code via fibLen).
NOTES
- Logic is non-repainting aside from standard bar/label confirmation.
- Increase Length on very low timeframes to reduce noise.
- Swing labels help context; fibs are always based on the most recent 200-bar high/low range.
SUMMARY
Fibo Swing MFI by julzALGO is a momentum-plus-price action tool that merges MFI → RSI → smoothing to identify overbought/oversold swings and automatically plot Fibonacci retracements based on the rolling high/low of the last 200 bars. It’s designed to help traders quickly see potential reversal points and pullback zones, offering visual confluence between momentum shifts and fixed-window price structure.

Fibonacci Levels with SMA SignalsThis strategy leverages Fibonacci retracement levels along with the 100-period and 200-period Simple Moving Averages (SMAs) to generate robust entry and exit signals for long-term swing trades, particularly on the daily timeframe. The combination of Fibonacci levels and SMAs provides a powerful way to capitalize on major trend reversals and market retracements, especially in stocks and major crypto assets.
The core of this strategy involves calculating key Fibonacci retracement levels (23.6%, 38.2%, 61.8%, and 78.6%) based on the highest high and lowest low over a 365-day lookback period. These Fibonacci levels act as potential support and resistance zones, indicating areas where price may retrace before continuing its trend. The 100-period SMA and 200-period SMA are used to define the broader market trend, with the strategy favoring uptrend conditions for buying and downtrend conditions for selling.
This indicator highlights high-probability zones for long or short swing setups based on Fibonacci retracements and the broader trend, using the 100 and 200 SMAs.
In addition, this strategy integrates alert conditions to notify the trader when these key conditions are met, providing real-time notifications for optimal entry and exit points. These alerts ensure that the trader does not miss significant trade opportunities.
Key Features:
Fibonacci Retracement Levels: The Fibonacci levels provide natural price zones that traders often watch for potential reversals, making them highly relevant in the context of swing trading.
100 and 200 SMAs: These moving averages help define the overall market trend, ensuring that the strategy operates in line with broader price action.
Buy and Sell Signals: The strategy generates buy signals when the price is above the 200 SMA and retraces to the 61.8% Fibonacci level. Sell signals are triggered when the price is below the 200 SMA and retraces to the 38.2% Fibonacci level.
Alert Conditions: The alert conditions notify traders when the price is at the key Fibonacci levels in the context of an uptrend or downtrend, allowing for efficient monitoring of trade opportunities.
Application:
This strategy is ideal for long-term swing trades in both stocks and major cryptocurrencies (such as BTC and ETH), particularly on the daily timeframe. The daily timeframe allows for capturing broader, more sustained trends, making it suitable for identifying high-quality entries and exits. By using the 100 and 200 SMAs, the strategy filters out noise and focuses on larger, more meaningful trends, which is especially useful for longer-term positions.
This script is optimized for swing traders looking to capitalize on retracements and trends in markets like stocks and crypto. By combining Fibonacci levels with SMAs, the strategy ensures that traders are not only entering at optimal levels but also trading in the direction of the prevailing trend.
Adv EMA Cloud v6 (ADX, Alerts)Summary:
This indicator provides a multi-faceted view of market trends using Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs) arranged in visually intuitive clouds, enhanced with an optional ADX-based range filter and configurable alerts for key market conditions. It aims to help traders quickly gauge trend alignment across short, medium, and long timeframes while filtering signals during potentially choppy market conditions.
Key Features:
Multiple EMAs: Displays 10-period (Fast), 20-period (Mid), and 50-period (Slow) EMAs.
Long-Term Trend Filter: Includes a 200-period EMA to provide context for the overall dominant trend direction.
Dual EMA Clouds:
Fast/Mid Cloud (10/20 EMA): Fills the area between the 10 and 20 EMAs. Defaults to Green when 10 > 20 (bullish short-term momentum) and Red when 10 < 20 (bearish short-term momentum).
Mid/Slow Cloud (20/50 EMA): Fills the area between the 20 and 50 EMAs. Defaults to Aqua when 20 > 50 (bullish mid-term trend) and Fuchsia when 20 < 50 (bearish mid-term trend).
Optional ADX Range Filter: Uses the Average Directional Index (ADX) to identify potentially non-trending or choppy markets. When enabled and ADX falls below a user-defined threshold, the EMA clouds will turn grey, visually warning that trend-following signals may be less reliable.
Configurable Alerts: Provides several built-in alert conditions using Pine Script's alertcondition function:
Confluence Condition: Triggers when a 10/20 EMA crossover occurs while both EMA clouds show alignment (both bullish/green/aqua or both bearish/red/fuchsia) and price respects the 200 EMA filter and the ADX filter indicates a trend (if filters are enabled).
MA Filter Cross: Triggers when price crosses above or below the 200 EMA filter line.
Full Alignment Start: Triggers on the first bar where full bullish or bearish alignment occurs (both clouds aligned + MA filter respected + ADX trending, if filters are enabled).
How It Works:
EMA Calculation: Standard Exponential Moving Averages are calculated for the 10, 20, 50, and 200 periods based on the closing price.
Cloud Creation: The fill() function visually shades the area between the 10 & 20 EMAs and the 20 & 50 EMAs.
Cloud Coloring: The color of each cloud is determined by the relationship between the two EMAs that define it (e.g., if EMA 10 is above EMA 20, the first cloud is bullish-colored).
ADX Filter Logic: The script calculates the ADX value. If the "Use ADX Trend Filter?" input is checked and the calculated ADX is below the specified "ADX Trend Threshold", the script considers the market potentially ranging.
ADX Visual Effect: During detected ranging periods (if the ADX filter is active), the plotCloud12Color and plotCloud23Color variables are assigned a neutral grey color instead of their normal bullish/bearish colors before being passed to the fill() function.
Alert Logic: Boolean variables track the specific conditions (crossovers, cloud alignment, filter positions, ADX state). The alertcondition() function creates triggerable alerts based on these pre-defined conditions.
Potential Interpretation (Not Financial Advice):
Trend Alignment: When both clouds share the same directional color (e.g., both bullish - Green & Aqua) and price is on the corresponding side of the 200 EMA filter, it may suggest a stronger, more aligned trend. Conversely, conflicting cloud colors may indicate indecision or transition.
Dynamic Support/Resistance: The EMA lines themselves (especially the 20, 50, and 200) can sometimes act as dynamic levels where price might react.
Range Warning: Greyed-out clouds (when ADX filter is enabled) serve as a visual warning that trend-based strategies might face increased difficulty or whipsaws.
Confluence Alerts: The specific confluence alerts signal moments where multiple conditions align (crossover + cloud agreement + filters), which some traders might view as higher-probability setups.
Customization:
All EMA lengths (10, 20, 50, 200) are adjustable via the Inputs menu.
The ADX length and threshold are configurable.
The MA Trend Filter and ADX Trend Filter can be independently enabled or disabled.

Optimized WPR Strategy with Filters (Debug)Identifying Market Trends:
The 200-period EMA is used to determine the short-term trend of the market.
When the price is above the 200-period EMA, it suggests a potential bullish market and an uptrend, and the strategy will only look for buying opportunities.
When the price is below the 200-period EMA, it suggests a potential bearish market and a downtrend, and the strategy will only look for selling opportunities.
When the 200-period EMA intersects with the price, it indicates that the market may be in a directionless consolidation phase.
Identifying Potential Reversal Points:
The strategy employs two Williams %R (WPR) indicators: one with a 9-period (fast WPR) and another with a 28-period (slow WPR).
WPR is a momentum indicator used to identify overbought and oversold conditions in the market. Its value oscillates between -100 and 0, with values near -100 indicating oversold conditions and values near 0 indicating overbought conditions.
In an uptrend (when the price is above the 200 EMA), the strategy seeks buying opportunities when both WPR indicators cross above -80 (the oversold zone) from below. This is considered a bullish signal, suggesting the market may be about to rebound. Sell signals are ignored at this time.
In a downtrend (when the price is below the 200 EMA), the strategy seeks selling opportunities when both WPR indicators cross below -20 (the overbought zone) from above. This is considered a bearish signal, suggesting the market may be about to reverse downward. Buy signals are ignored at this time.
Summary:
In summary, this strategy first uses the 200-period EMA to determine the overall trend direction of the market. Then, within the confirmed trend direction, it utilizes the simultaneous crossing of the overbought or oversold zones by the dual WPR indicators to identify potential reversal points as entry signals for trading. The strategy emphasizes that trading signals are only valid when both WPR indicators meet the conditions.
3_SMA_Strategy_V-Singhal by ParthibIndicator Name: 3_SMA_Strategy_V-Singhal by Parthib
Description:
The 3_SMA_Strategy_V-Singhal by Parthib is a dynamic trend-following strategy that combines three key simple moving averages (SMA) — SMA 20, SMA 50, and SMA 200 — to generate buy and sell signals. This strategy uses these SMAs to capture and follow market trends, helping traders identify optimal entry (buy) and exit (sell) points. Additionally, the strategy highlights the closing price (CP), which plays a critical role in confirming buy and sell signals.
The strategy also features a Second Buy Signal triggered if the price falls more than 10% after an initial buy signal, providing a re-entry opportunity with a different visual highlight for the second buy signal.
Features:
Three Simple Moving Averages (SMA):
SMA 20: Short-term moving average reflecting immediate market trends.
SMA 50: Medium-term moving average showing the prevailing trend.
SMA 200: Long-term moving average that indicates the overall market trend.
Buy Signal (B1):
Triggered when:
SMA 200 > SMA 50 > SMA 20, indicating a bullish market structure.
The closing price is positioned below all three SMAs, confirming a potential upward reversal.
A green label appears at the low of the bar with the text B1-Price, indicating the price at which the buy signal is generated.
Second Buy Signal (B2):
Triggered if the price falls more than 10% after the first buy signal, providing an opportunity to re-enter the market at a potentially better price.
A blue label appears at the low of the bar with the text B2-Price, showing the price at which the second buy opportunity arises.
Sell Signal (S):
Triggered when:
SMA 20 > SMA 50 > SMA 200, indicating a bearish trend.
The closing price (CP) is positioned above all three SMAs, confirming a potential downward movement.
A red label appears at the high of the bar with the text S-Price, showing the price at which the sell signal is triggered.
How It Works:
Buy Conditions:
SMA 200 > SMA 50 > SMA 20: Indicates a bullish market where the long-term trend (SMA 200) is above the medium-term (SMA 50), and the medium-term trend is above the short-term (SMA 20).
Closing price below all three SMAs: Confirms that the price is in a favorable position for a potential upward reversal.
Sell Conditions:
SMA 20 > SMA 50 > SMA 200: This setup indicates a bearish trend.
Closing price above all three SMAs: Confirms that the price is in a favorable position for a potential downward movement.
Second Buy Signal (B2): If the price falls more than 10% after the first buy signal, the strategy triggers a second buy opportunity (B2) at a potentially better price. This helps traders take advantage of pullbacks or corrections after an initial favorable entry.
Labeling System:
B1-Price: The first buy signal label, appearing when the market is bullish and the closing price is below all three SMAs.
B2-Price: The second buy signal label, triggered if the price falls more than 10% after the initial buy signal.
S-Price: The sell signal label, appearing when the market turns bearish and the closing price is above all three SMAs.
How to Use:
Add the Indicator: Add "3_SMA_Strategy_V-Singhal by Parthib" to your chart on TradingView.
Interpret Buy Signals (B1): Look for green labels with the text "B1-Price" when the closing price (CP) is below all three SMAs and the trend is bullish.
Interpret Second Buy Signals (B2): If the price falls more than 10% after the first buy, look for blue labels with "B2-Price" and a re-entry opportunity.
Interpret Sell Signals (S): Look for red labels with the text "S-Price" when the market turns bearish, and the closing price (CP) is above all three SMAs.
Conclusion:
The 3_SMA_Strategy_V-Singhal by Parthib is an efficient and simple trend-following tool for traders looking to make informed buy and sell decisions. By combining the power of three SMAs and the closing price (CP) confirmation, this strategy helps traders to buy when the market shows a strong bullish setup and sell when the trend turns bearish. Additionally, the second buy signal feature ensures that traders don’t miss out on re-entry opportunities after price corrections, giving them a chance to re-enter the market at a favorable price.

RSI Trend Following StrategyOverview
The RSI Trend Following Strategy utilizes Relative Strength Index (RSI) to enter the trade for the potential trend continuation. It uses Stochastic indicator to check is the price is not in overbought territory and the MACD to measure the current price momentum. Moreover, it uses the 200-period EMA to filter the counter trend trades with the higher probability. The strategy opens only long trades.
Unique Features
Dynamic stop-loss system: Instead of fixed stop-loss level strategy utilizes average true range (ATR) multiplied by user given number subtracted from the position entry price as a dynamic stop loss level.
Configurable Trading Periods: Users can tailor the strategy to specific market windows, adapting to different market conditions.
Two layers trade filtering system: Strategy utilizes MACD and Stochastic indicators measure the current momentum and overbought condition and use 200-period EMA to filter trades against major trend.
Trailing take profit level: After reaching the trailing profit activation level script activates the trailing of long trade using EMA. More information in methodology.
Wide opportunities for strategy optimization: Flexible strategy settings allows users to optimize the strategy entries and exits for chosen trading pair and time frame.
Methodology
The strategy opens long trade when the following price met the conditions:
RSI is above 50 level.
MACD line shall be above the signal line
Both lines of Stochastic shall be not higher than 80 (overbought territory)
Candle’s low shall be above the 200 period EMA
When long trade is executed, strategy set the stop-loss level at the price ATR multiplied by user-given value below the entry price. This level is recalculated on every next candle close, adjusting to the current market volatility.
At the same time strategy set up the trailing stop validation level. When the price crosses the level equals entry price plus ATR multiplied by user-given value script starts to trail the price with trailing EMA(by default = 20 period). If price closes below EMA long trade is closed. When the trailing starts, script prints the label “Trailing Activated”.
Strategy settings
In the inputs window user can setup the following strategy settings:
ATR Stop Loss (by default = 1.75)
ATR Trailing Profit Activation Level (by default = 2.25)
MACD Fast Length (by default = 12, period of averaging fast MACD line)
MACD Fast Length (by default = 26, period of averaging slow MACD line)
MACD Signal Smoothing (by default = 9, period of smoothing MACD signal line)
Oscillator MA Type (by default = EMA, available options: SMA, EMA)
Signal Line MA Type (by default = EMA, available options: SMA, EMA)
RSI Length (by default = 14, period for RSI calculation)
Trailing EMA Length (by default = 20, period for EMA, which shall be broken close the trade after trailing profit activation)
Justification of Methodology
This trading strategy is designed to leverage a combination of technical indicators—Relative Strength Index (RSI), Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD), Stochastic Oscillator, and the 200-period Exponential Moving Average (EMA)—to determine optimal entry points for long trades. Additionally, the strategy uses the Average True Range (ATR) for dynamic risk management to adapt to varying market conditions. Let's look in details for which purpose each indicator is used for and why it is used in this combination.
Relative Strength Index (RSI) is a momentum indicator used in technical analysis to measure the speed and change of price movements in a financial market. It helps traders identify whether an asset is potentially overbought (overvalued) or oversold (undervalued), which can indicate a potential reversal or continuation of the current trend.
How RSI Works? RSI tracks the strength of recent price changes. It compares the average gains and losses over a specific period (usually 14 periods) to assess the momentum of an asset. Average gain is the average of all positive price changes over the chosen period. It reflects how much the price has typically increased during upward movements. Average loss is the average of all negative price changes over the same period. It reflects how much the price has typically decreased during downward movements.
RSI calculates these average gains and losses and compares them to create a value between 0 and 100. If the RSI value is above 70, the asset is generally considered overbought, meaning it might be due for a price correction or reversal downward. Conversely, if the RSI value is below 30, the asset is considered oversold, suggesting it could be poised for an upward reversal or recovery. RSI is a useful tool for traders to determine market conditions and make informed decisions about entering or exiting trades based on the perceived strength or weakness of an asset's price movements.
This strategy uses RSI as a short-term trend approximation. If RSI crosses over 50 it means that there is a high probability of short-term trend change from downtrend to uptrend. Therefore RSI above 50 is our first trend filter to look for a long position.
The MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence) is a popular momentum and trend-following indicator used in technical analysis. It helps traders identify changes in the strength, direction, momentum, and duration of a trend in an asset's price.
The MACD consists of three components:
MACD Line: This is the difference between a short-term Exponential Moving Average (EMA) and a long-term EMA, typically calculated as: MACD Line = 12 period EMA − 26 period EMA
Signal Line: This is a 9-period EMA of the MACD Line, which helps to identify buy or sell signals. When the MACD Line crosses above the Signal Line, it can be a bullish signal (suggesting a buy); when it crosses below, it can be a bearish signal (suggesting a sell).
Histogram: The histogram shows the difference between the MACD Line and the Signal Line, visually representing the momentum of the trend. Positive histogram values indicate increasing bullish momentum, while negative values indicate increasing bearish momentum.
This strategy uses MACD as a second short-term trend filter. When MACD line crossed over the signal line there is a high probability that uptrend has been started. Therefore MACD line above signal line is our additional short-term trend filter. In conjunction with RSI it decreases probability of following false trend change signals.
The Stochastic Indicator is a momentum oscillator that compares a security's closing price to its price range over a specific period. It's used to identify overbought and oversold conditions. The indicator ranges from 0 to 100, with readings above 80 indicating overbought conditions and readings below 20 indicating oversold conditions.
It consists of two lines:
%K: The main line, calculated using the formula (CurrentClose−LowestLow)/(HighestHigh−LowestLow)×100 . Highest and lowest price taken for 14 periods.
%D: A smoothed moving average of %K, often used as a signal line.
This strategy uses stochastic to define the overbought conditions. The logic here is the following: we want to avoid long trades in the overbought territory, because when indicator reaches it there is a high probability that the potential move is gonna be restricted.
The 200-period EMA is a widely recognized indicator for identifying the long-term trend direction. The strategy only trades in the direction of this primary trend to increase the probability of successful trades. For instance, when the price is above the 200 EMA, only long trades are considered, aligning with the overarching trend direction.
Therefore, strategy uses combination of RSI and MACD to increase the probability that price now is in short-term uptrend, Stochastic helps to avoid the trades in the overbought (>80) territory. To increase the probability of opening long trades in the direction of a main trend and avoid local bounces we use 200 period EMA.
ATR is used to adjust the strategy risk management to the current market volatility. If volatility is low, we don’t need the large stop loss to understand the there is a high probability that we made a mistake opening the trade. User can setup the settings ATR Stop Loss and ATR Trailing Profit Activation Level to realize his own risk to reward preferences, but the unique feature of a strategy is that after reaching trailing profit activation level strategy is trying to follow the trend until it is likely to be finished instead of using fixed risk management settings. It allows sometimes to be involved in the large movements.

Multi-Factor StrategyThis trading strategy combines multiple technical indicators to create a systematic approach for entering and exiting trades. The goal is to capture trends by aligning several key indicators to confirm the direction and strength of a potential trade. Below is a detailed description of how the strategy works:
Indicators Used
MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence):
MACD Line: The difference between the 12-period and 26-period Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs).
Signal Line: A 9-period EMA of the MACD line.
Usage: The strategy looks for crossovers between the MACD line and the Signal line as entry signals. A bullish crossover (MACD line crossing above the Signal line) indicates a potential upward movement, while a bearish crossover (MACD line crossing below the Signal line) signals a potential downward movement.
RSI (Relative Strength Index):
Usage: RSI is used to gauge the momentum of the price movement. The strategy uses specific thresholds: below 70 for long positions to avoid overbought conditions and above 30 for short positions to avoid oversold conditions.
ATR (Average True Range):
Usage: ATR measures market volatility and is used to set dynamic stop-loss and take-profit levels. A stop loss is set at 2 times the ATR, and a take profit at 3 times the ATR, ensuring that risk is managed relative to market conditions.
Simple Moving Averages (SMA):
50-day SMA: A short-term trend indicator.
200-day SMA: A long-term trend indicator.
Usage: The strategy uses the relationship between the 50-day and 200-day SMAs to determine the overall market trend. Long positions are taken when the price is above the 50-day SMA and the 50-day SMA is above the 200-day SMA, indicating an uptrend. Conversely, short positions are taken when the price is below the 50-day SMA and the 50-day SMA is below the 200-day SMA, indicating a downtrend.
Entry Conditions
Long Position:
-MACD Crossover: The MACD line crosses above the Signal line.
-RSI Confirmation: RSI is below 70, ensuring the asset is not overbought.
-SMA Confirmation: The price is above the 50-day SMA, and the 50-day SMA is above the 200-day SMA, indicating a strong uptrend.
Short Position:
MACD Crossunder: The MACD line crosses below the Signal line.
RSI Confirmation: RSI is above 30, ensuring the asset is not oversold.
SMA Confirmation: The price is below the 50-day SMA, and the 50-day SMA is below the 200-day SMA, indicating a strong downtrend.
Opposite conditions for shorts
Exit Strategy
Stop Loss: Set at 2 times the ATR from the entry price. This dynamically adjusts to market volatility, allowing for wider stops in volatile markets and tighter stops in calmer markets.
Take Profit: Set at 3 times the ATR from the entry price. This ensures a favorable risk-reward ratio of 1:1.5, aiming for higher rewards on successful trades.
Visualization
SMAs: The 50-day and 200-day SMAs are plotted on the chart to visualize the trend direction.
MACD Crossovers: Bullish and bearish MACD crossovers are highlighted on the chart to identify potential entry points.
Summary
This strategy is designed to align multiple indicators to increase the probability of successful trades by confirming trends and momentum before entering a position. It systematically manages risk with ATR-based stop loss and take profit levels, ensuring that trades are exited based on market conditions rather than arbitrary points. The combination of trend indicators (SMAs) with momentum and volatility indicators (MACD, RSI, ATR) creates a robust approach to trading in various market environments.
Uptrick: EMA Trend Indicator
### Overview
The goal of this script is to visually indicate on a trading chart whether all three Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs) are trending upwards (i.e., their slopes are positive). If all EMAs are trending upwards, the script will color the bars green. If not, the bars will be colored red.
### Key Concepts
1. **Exponential Moving Average (EMA)**: An EMA is a type of moving average that places more weight on recent data, making it more responsive to price changes compared to a simple moving average (SMA). In this script, we use three different EMAs with different lengths (20, 50, and 200 periods).
2. **Slope of an EMA**: The slope of an EMA refers to the direction in which the EMA is moving. If the current value of the EMA is higher than its value in the previous bar, the slope is positive (upward). Conversely, if the current value is lower than its previous value, the slope is negative (downward).
3. **Bar Color Coding**: The script changes the color of the bars on the chart to provide a visual cue:
- **Green Bars**: Indicate that all three EMAs are trending upwards.
- **Red Bars**: Indicate that one or more EMAs are not trending upwards.
### Detailed Breakdown
#### 1. Input Fields
- **EMA Lengths**: The script starts by allowing the user to input the lengths for the three EMAs. These lengths determine how many periods (e.g., days) are used to calculate each EMA.
- `ema20_length` is set to 20, meaning the first EMA uses the last 20 bars of data.
- `ema50_length` is set to 50, meaning the second EMA uses the last 50 bars of data.
- `ema200_length` is set to 200, meaning the third EMA uses the last 200 bars of data.
#### 2. EMA Calculation
- The script calculates the values of the three EMAs:
- **EMA 20**: This is calculated using the last 20 bars of closing prices.
- **EMA 50**: This is calculated using the last 50 bars of closing prices.
- **EMA 200**: This is calculated using the last 200 bars of closing prices.
These calculations result in three values for each bar on the chart, each representing the EMA value at that point in time.
#### 3. Determining EMA Slopes
- **EMA Slopes**: To understand the trend of each EMA, the script compares the current value of each EMA to its value in the previous bar:
- For the 20-period EMA, the script checks if today’s EMA value is higher than yesterday’s EMA value.
- This process is repeated for the 50-period and 200-period EMAs.
- If today’s EMA value is greater than yesterday’s value, the slope is positive (upward).
- If today’s EMA value is not greater (it is either equal to or less than yesterday’s value), the slope is not positive.
#### 4. Evaluating All Slopes
- **All Slopes Positive Condition**: The script combines the results of the individual slope checks into a single condition. It uses a logical "AND" operation:
- The condition will be `true` only if all three EMAs (20, 50, and 200) have positive slopes.
- If any one of the EMAs does not have a positive slope, the condition will be `false`.
#### 5. Coloring the Bars
- **Bar Coloring Logic**: Based on the above condition, the script decides the color of each bar on the chart:
- If all slopes are positive (condition is `true`), the bar is colored green.
- If any slope is not positive (condition is `false`), the bar is colored red.
- **Visual Cue**: This provides a quick, visual indication to traders:
- Green bars suggest that the market is in an upward trend across all three EMAs, which might indicate a strong bullish trend.
- Red bars suggest that the trend is not uniformly upward, which could be a sign of weakening momentum or a potential reversal.
#### 6. Alerts
- **Alert Conditions**: The script also allows for alert conditions to be set based on the slope analysis:
- An alert can be triggered when all EMA slopes are positive. This might be useful for traders who want to be notified when the market shows strong upward momentum.
### Summary
- The script essentially takes the market data and applies three different EMAs to it, each with a different time frame.
- It then checks the direction (slope) of each of these EMAs to determine if they are all trending upwards.
- If they are, the script colors the bar green, signaling a potentially strong bullish trend.
- If any of the EMAs is not trending upwards, it colors the bar red, indicating a potential issue with the strength of the trend.
This approach helps traders quickly assess market conditions based on multiple EMAs, providing a clearer picture of the overall trend across different time frames.
Stochastic Trend Evaluator (STE)Stochastic Trend Evaluator (STE): Detailed Description
Overview :
The Stochastic Trend Evaluator (STE) is a sophisticated trading tool designed for TradingView that combines stochastic oscillation analysis with Exponential Moving Average (EMA) trends. It is tailored to assist traders in identifying potential buy and sell opportunities in various market conditions, particularly focusing on trend reversals and momentum shifts.
Functionality & Concept :
The STE is built on two core components – the Stochastic Oscillator and the 200-period EMA.
Stochastic Oscillator :
This oscillator is a momentum indicator comparing a particular closing price of a security to a range of its prices over a certain period.
Settings:
- %K Length: 14
- %K Smoothing: 3
- %D Smoothing: 3
The %K line is the main line indicating momentum, while the %D line is a moving average of %K, providing signal triggers.
200 EMA :
The 200-period EMA serves as a dynamic trend indicator.
It helps in distinguishing between bullish and bearish market phases.
A closing price above the 200 EMA suggests a bullish trend, while below it indicates a bearish trend.
Signal Generation :
STE generates signals based on the interaction between the Stochastic Oscillator and the 200 EMA.
Buy Signal :
Occurs when the stochastic %K crosses above 20 (indicative of oversold conditions), and the closing price is above the 200 EMA.
Represented visually by green label-up arrows.
Sell Signal :
Triggered when the stochastic %K crosses below 80 (suggestive of overbought conditions), and the closing price is below the 200 EMA.
Indicated by red label-down arrows.
Background Color Indicator :
The background color of the chart changes to enhance visual interpretation of the market condition.
Green background for a bullish market scenario (when a buy signal is active).
Red background for a bearish market scenario (when a sell signal is active).
Usage Guidelines :
The STE is best used in markets that exhibit clear trends.
Ideal for traders focusing on medium to long-term trade setups.
Can be used in conjunction with other indicators for confirmation and risk management.
Note : The STE, being a proprietary tool, is based on a unique blend of standard technical analysis concepts and custom logic to provide these trading signals. It is designed to give traders a comprehensive view of the market momentum and trend strength without revealing the intricate details of its algorithm.
TST Signals & AlertsThis is an unofficial script for strategies tested on Trading Strategy Testing Youtube channel. Over time, most successful strategies will be added with an option to set strategy-specific alerts . TST Signals & Alerts will draw signals on the chart when the entry conditions are met. You can also opt for displaying indicators .
My script is meant for beginners but can be used by veterans too. Just pick one or two strategies, you don't want to flood your chart with conflicting signals. You may want to support your trades with a proper analysis. Is the market trending? Is there a fundament around the corner?
If a new signal occurs when there is still an open position, you are not supposed to take another.
The current version includes MACD and ADX + BB and BB strategies.
MACD strategy:
►Buy, when MACD crosses below the signal line when it is negative. The price must also be above 200 EMA.
►Sell, when MACD crosses above the signal line when it is positive. The price must also be below 200 EMA.
►This strategy was tested on 15-minute charts of EURUSD with reward-to-risk ratio 1,5 and win rate of 61% over 100 trades.
►►►MACD has to be added to your chart separately because it needs a new window. Ticking display indicators will not add MACD to your chart.
►►►MACD was also tested by a different channel I made a script for. You can view the results and the script here:
ADX + BB strategy:
►Buy, when the price is above 200 EMA and ADX becomes higher than 25.
►Sell, when the price is below 200 EMA and ADX becomes higher than 25.
►Stop-loss is either 200 EMA or Bollinger Bands level. Check the channel for more information.
►This strategy was tested on 5-minute charts of EURUSD, USDJPY, AUDUSD with reward-to-risk ratio 1,2 and win rate of 56% over 100 trades in total.
BB strategy:
►Buy, when the price is above 200 EMA and candle's low is below the lower Bollinger Band.
►Sell, when the price is below 200 EMA and candle's high is above the upper Bollinger Band.
►This strategy was tested on 15-minute charts of EURUSD with reward-to-risk ratio 1,5 and win rate of 52% over 100 trades in total.
►►►Due to the relatively low win rate of this strategy, you need to filter out potentially harmful signals with a proper analysis.
Bear in mind that backtesting performance doesn't guarantee future profitability. • Most systematic strategies are not suitable for each timeframe - if you use the different timeframe than the one it was tested on, the result can differ significantly. • You should perform your own backtest to base your trades on more data & to establish confidence in the selected strategy. • This script is not a replacement for proper analysis.
New strategies will be added when I have time. If I see multiple people asking for the same feature, I might agree to release it with a new version. I am not going to add input options in this script, it could come as a separate script though. I am in no way affiliated with the Youtube channel, so if you find the script helpful, shot me a message or send me some TradingView coins >)
If you encounter any bug, you can report it in a message or in comments. Support it with screenshot and relevant information such as a time when it occurred and what options were on etc.

The "Magic Wand STSM" (Supertrend & SMA Momentum) is an automated trading strategy designed to identify and capitalize on sustained trends in the market. It combines a multi-timeframe Supertrend for trend direction and potential reversal signals, along with a 200-period Simple Moving Average (SMA) for overall market bias. A key feature of this strategy is its dynamic position sizing based on a user-defined risk percentage per trade, and a built-in daily and monthly profit/loss tracking system to manage overall exposure and prevent overtrading.
How it Works (Underlying Concepts):
Multi-Timeframe Trend Confirmation (Supertrend):
The strategy uses two Supertrend indicators: one on the current chart timeframe and another on a higher timeframe (e.g., if your chart is 5-minute, the higher timeframe Supertrend might be 15-minute).
Trend Identification: The Supertrend's direction output is crucial. A negative direction indicates a bearish trend (price below Supertrend), while a positive direction indicates a bullish trend (price above Supertrend).
Confirmation: A core principle is that trades are only considered when the Supertrend on both the current and the higher timeframe align in the same direction. This helps to filter out noise and focus on stronger, more confirmed trends. For example, for a long trade, both Supertrends must be indicating a bearish trend (price below Supertrend line, implying an uptrend context where price is expected to stay above/rebound from Supertrend). Similarly, for short trades, both must be indicating a bullish trend (price above Supertrend line, implying a downtrend context where price is expected to stay below/retest Supertrend).
Trend "Readiness": The strategy specifically looks for situations where the Supertrend has been stable for a few bars (checking barssince the last direction change).
Long-Term Market Bias (200 SMA):
A 200-period Simple Moving Average is plotted on the chart.
Filter: For long trades, the price must be above the 200 SMA, confirming an overall bullish bias. For short trades, the price must be below the 200 SMA, confirming an overall bearish bias. This acts as a macro filter, ensuring trades are taken in alignment with the broader market direction.
"Lowest/Highest Value" Pullback Entries:
The strategy employs custom functions (LowestValueAndBar, HighestValueAndBar) to identify specific price action within the recent trend:
For Long Entries: It looks for a "buy ready" condition where the price has found a recent lowest point within a specific number of bars since the Supertrend turned bearish (indicating an uptrend). This suggests a potential pullback or consolidation before continuation. The entry trigger is a close above the open of this identified lowest bar, and also above the current bar's open.
For Short Entries: It looks for a "sell ready" condition where the price has found a recent highest point within a specific number of bars since the Supertrend turned bullish (indicating a downtrend). This suggests a potential rally or consolidation before continuation downwards. The entry trigger is a close below the open of this identified highest bar, and also below the current bar's open.
Candle Confirmation: The strategy also incorporates a check on the candle type at the "lowest/highest value" bar (e.g., closevalue_b < openvalue_b for buy signals, meaning a bearish candle at the low, suggesting a potential reversal before a buy).
Risk Management and Position Sizing:
Dynamic Lot Sizing: The lotsvalue function calculates the appropriate position size based on your Your Equity input, the Risk to Reward ratio, and your risk percentage for your balance % input. This ensures that the capital risked per trade remains consistent as a percentage of your equity, regardless of the instrument's volatility or price. The stop loss distance is directly used in this calculation.
Fixed Risk Reward: All trades are entered with a predefined Risk to Reward ratio (default 2.0). This means for every unit of risk (stop loss distance), the target profit is rr times that distance.
Daily and Monthly Performance Monitoring:
The strategy tracks todaysWins, todaysLosses, and res (daily net result) in real-time.
A "daily profit target" is implemented (day_profit): If the daily net result is very favorable (e.g., res >= 4 with todaysLosses >= 2 or todaysWins + todaysLosses >= 8), the strategy may temporarily halt trading for the remainder of the session to "lock in" profits and prevent overtrading during volatile periods.
A "monthly stop-out" (monthly_trade) is implemented: If the lres (overall net result from all closed trades) falls below a certain threshold (e.g., -12), the strategy will stop trading for a set period (one week in this case) to protect capital during prolonged drawdowns.
Trade Execution:
Entry Triggers: Trades are entered when all buy/sell conditions (Supertrend alignment, SMA filter, "buy/sell situation" candle confirmation, and risk management checks) are met, and there are no open positions.
Stop Loss and Take Profit:
Stop Loss: The stop loss is dynamically placed at the upTrendValue for long trades and downTrendValue for short trades. These values are derived from the Supertrend indicator, which naturally adjusts to market volatility.
Take Profit: The take profit is calculated based on the entry price, the stop loss, and the Risk to Reward ratio (rr).
Position Locks: lock_long and lock_short variables prevent immediate re-entry into the same direction once a trade is initiated, or after a trend reversal based on Supertrend changes.
Visual Elements:
The 200 SMA is plotted in yellow.
Entry, Stop Loss, and Take Profit lines are plotted in white, red, and green respectively when a trade is active, with shaded areas between them to visually represent risk and reward.
Diamond shapes are plotted at the bottom of the chart (green for potential buy signals, red for potential sell signals) to visually indicate when the buy_sit or sell_sit conditions are met, along with other key filters.
A comprehensive trade statistics table is displayed on the chart, showing daily wins/losses, daily profit, total deals, and overall profit/loss.
A background color indicates the active trading session.
Ideal Usage:
This strategy is best applied to instruments with clear trends and sufficient liquidity. Users should carefully adjust the Your Equity, Risk to Reward, and risk percentage inputs to align with their individual risk tolerance and capital. Experimentation with different ATR Length and Factor values for the Supertrend might be beneficial depending on the asset and timeframe.
Topological Market Stress (TMS) - Quantum FabricTopological Market Stress (TMS) - Quantum Fabric
What Stresses The Market?
Topological Market Stress (TMS) represents a revolutionary fusion of algebraic topology and quantum field theory applied to financial markets. Unlike traditional indicators that analyze price movements linearly, TMS examines the underlying topological structure of market data—detecting when the very fabric of market relationships begins to tear, warp, or collapse.
Drawing inspiration from the ethereal beauty of quantum field visualizations and the mathematical elegance of topological spaces, this indicator transforms complex mathematical concepts into an intuitive, visually stunning interface that reveals hidden market dynamics invisible to conventional analysis.
Theoretical Foundation: Topology Meets Markets
Topological Holes in Market Structure
In algebraic topology, a "hole" represents a fundamental structural break—a place where the normal connectivity of space fails. In markets, these topological holes manifest as:
Correlation Breakdown: When traditional price-volume relationships collapse
Volatility Clustering Failure: When volatility patterns lose their predictive power
Microstructure Stress: When market efficiency mechanisms begin to fail
The Mathematics of Market Topology
TMS constructs a topological space from market data using three key components:
1. Correlation Topology
ρ(P,V) = correlation(price, volume, period)
Hole Formation = 1 - |ρ(P,V)|
When price and volume decorrelate, topological holes begin forming.
2. Volatility Clustering Topology
σ(t) = volatility at time t
Clustering = correlation(σ(t), σ(t-1), period)
Breakdown = 1 - |Clustering|
Volatility clustering breakdown indicates structural instability.
3. Market Efficiency Topology
Efficiency = |price - EMA(price)| / ATR
Measures how far price deviates from its efficient trajectory.
Multi-Scale Topological Analysis
Markets exist across multiple temporal scales simultaneously. TMS analyzes topology at three distinct scales:
Micro Scale (3-15 periods): Immediate structural changes, market microstructure stress
Meso Scale (10-50 periods): Trend-level topology, medium-term structural shifts
Macro Scale (50-200 periods): Long-term structural topology, regime-level changes
The final stress metric combines all scales:
Combined Stress = 0.3×Micro + 0.4×Meso + 0.3×Macro
How TMS Works
1. Topological Space Construction
Each market moment is embedded in a multi-dimensional topological space where:
- Price efficiency forms one dimension
- Correlation breakdown forms another
- Volatility clustering breakdown forms the third
2. Hole Detection Algorithm
The indicator continuously scans this topological space for:
Hole Formation: When stress exceeds the formation threshold
Hole Persistence: How long structural breaks maintain
Hole Collapse: Sudden topology restoration (regime shifts)
3. Quantum Visualization Engine
The visualization system translates topological mathematics into intuitive quantum field representations:
Stress Waves: Main line showing topological stress intensity
Quantum Glow: Surrounding field indicating stress energy
Fabric Integrity: Background showing structural health
Multi-Scale Rings: Orbital representations of different timeframes
4. Signal Generation

C&B Auto MK5C&B Auto MK5.2ema BullBear
Overview
The C&B Auto MK5.2ema BullBear is a versatile Pine Script indicator designed to help traders identify bullish and bearish market conditions across various timeframes. It combines Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs), Relative Strength Index (RSI), Average True Range (ATR), and customizable time filters to generate actionable signals. The indicator overlays on the price chart, displaying EMAs, a dynamic cloud, scaled RSI levels, bull/bear signals, and market condition labels, making it suitable for swing trading, day trading, or scalping in trending or volatile markets.
What It Does
This indicator generates bull and bear signals based on the interaction of two EMAs, filtered by RSI thresholds, ATR-based volatility, a 50/200 EMA trend filter, and user-defined time windows. It adapts to market volatility by adjusting EMA lengths and RSI thresholds. A dynamic cloud highlights trend direction or neutral zones, with candlestick coloring in neutral conditions. Market condition labels (current and historical) provide real-time trend and volatility context, displayed above the chart.
How It Works
The indicator uses the following components:
EMAs: Two EMAs (short and long) are calculated on a user-selected timeframe (1, 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes). Their crossover or crossunder triggers potential bull/bear signals. EMA lengths adjust based on volatility (e.g., 10/20 for volatile markets, 5/10 for non-volatile).
Dynamic Cloud: The area between the EMAs forms a cloud, colored green for bullish trends, red for bearish trends, or a user-defined color (default yellow) for neutral zones (when EMAs are close, determined by an ATR-based threshold). Users can widen the cloud for visibility.
RSI Filter: RSI is scaled to price levels and plotted on the chart (optional). Signals are filtered to ensure RSI is within volatility-adjusted bull/bear thresholds and not in overbought/oversold zones.
ATR Volatility Filter: An optional filter ensures signals occur during sufficient volatility (ATR(14) > SMA(ATR, 20)).
50/200 EMA Trend Filter: An optional filter restricts bull signals to bullish trends (50 EMA > 200 EMA) and bear signals to bearish trends (50 EMA < 200 EMA).
Time Filter: Signals are restricted to a user-defined UTC time window (default 9:00–15:00), aligning with active trading sessions.
Market Condition Labels: Labels above the chart display the current trend (Bullish, Bearish, Neutral) and optionally volatility (e.g., “Bullish Volatile”). Up to two historical labels persist for a user-defined number of bars (default 5) to show recent trend changes.
Visual Aids: Bull signals appear as green triangles/labels below the bar, bear signals as red triangles/labels above. Candlesticks in neutral zones are colored (default yellow).
The indicator ensures compatibility with standard chart types (e.g., candlestick or bar charts) to produce realistic signals, avoiding non-standard types like Heikin Ashi or Renko.
How to Use It
Add to Chart: Apply the indicator to a candlestick or bar chart on TradingView.
Configure Settings:
Timeframe: Choose a timeframe (1, 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes) to match your trading style.

RSI Display: Toggle the scaled RSI and its thresholds, with customizable colors.
Signal Settings: Toggle bull/bear labels and set signal colors.
Market Condition Labels: Toggle current/historical labels, include/exclude volatility, and adjust decay period.
Interpret Signals:
Bull Signal: A green triangle or “Bull” label below the bar indicates potential bullish momentum (EMA crossover, RSI above bull threshold, within time window, passing filters).
Bear Signal: A red triangle or “Bear” label above the bar indicates potential bearish momentum (EMA crossunder, RSI below bear threshold, within time window, passing filters).
Neutral Zone: Yellow candlesticks and cloud (if enabled) suggest a lack of clear trend; consider range-bound strategies or avoid trading.
Market Condition Labels: Check labels above the chart for real-time trend (Bullish, Bearish, Neutral) and volatility status to confirm market context.
Monitor Context: Use the cloud, RSI, and labels to assess trend strength and volatility before acting on signals.
Unique Features
Volatility-Adaptive EMAs: Automatically adjusts EMA lengths based on ATR to suit volatile or non-volatile markets, reducing manual configuration.
Neutral Zone Detection: Uses an ATR-based threshold to identify low-trend periods, helping traders avoid choppy markets.
Scaled RSI Visualization: Plots RSI and thresholds directly on the price chart, simplifying momentum analysis relative to price.
Flexible Time Filtering: Supports precise UTC-based trading windows, ideal for day traders targeting specific sessions.
Historical Market Labels: Displays recent trend changes (up to two) with a decay period, providing context for market shifts.

EMA-Based Squeeze Dynamics (Gap Momentum & EWMA Projection)EMA-Based Squeeze Dynamics (Gap Momentum & EWMA Projection)
🚨 Main Utility: Early Squeeze Warning
The primary function of this indicator is to warn traders early when the market is approaching a "squeeze"—a tightening condition that often precedes significant moves or regime shifts. By visually highlighting areas of increasing tension, it helps traders anticipate potential volatility and prepare accordingly. This is intended to be a statistically and psychologically grounded replacement of so-called "fib-time-zones," which are overly-deterministic and subjective.
📌 Overview
The EMA-Based Squeeze Dynamics indicator projects future regime shifts (such as golden and death crosses) using exponential moving averages (EMAs). It employs historical interval data and current market conditions to dynamically forecast when the critical EMAs (50-period and 200-period) will reconverge, marking likely trend-change points.
This indicator leverages two core ideas:
Behavioral finance theory: Traders often collectively anticipate popular EMA crossovers, creating a self-fulfilling prophecy (normative social influence), similar to findings from Solomon Asch’s conformity experiments.
Bayesian-like updates: It utilizes historical crossover intervals as a prior, dynamically updating expectations based on evolving market data, ensuring its signals remain objectively grounded in actual market behavior.
⚙️ Technical & Mathematical Explanation
1. EMA Calculations and Regime Definitions
The indicator uses three EMAs:
Fast (9-period): Represents short-term price movement.
Medial (50-period): Indicates medium-term trend direction.
Slow (200-period): Defines long-term market sentiment.
Regime States:
Bullish: 50 EMA is above the 200 EMA.
Bearish: 50 EMA is below the 200 EMA.
A shift between these states triggers visual markers (arrows and labels) directly on the chart.
2. Gap Dynamics and Historical Intervals
At each crossover:
The indicator records the gap (distance) between the 50 and 200 EMAs.
It tracks the historical intervals between past crossovers.
An Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (EWMA) of these intervals is calculated, weighting recent intervals more heavily, dynamically updating expectations.
Important note:
After every regime shift, the projected crossover line resets its calculation. This reset is visually evident as the projection line appears to move further away after each regime change, temporarily "repelled" until the EMAs begin converging again. This ensures projections remain realistic, grounded in actual EMA convergence, and prevents overly optimistic forecasts immediately after a regime shift.
3. Gap Momentum & Adaptive Scaling
The indicator measures how quickly or slowly the gap between EMAs is changing ("gap momentum") and adjusts its forecast accordingly:
If the gap narrows rapidly, a crossover becomes more imminent.
If the gap widens, the next crossover is pushed further into the future.
The "gap factor" dynamically scales the projection based on recent gap momentum, bounded between reasonable limits (0.7–1.3).
4. Squeeze Ratio & Background Color (Visual Cues)
A "squeeze ratio" is computed when market conditions indicate tightening:
In a bullish regime, if the fast EMA is below the medial EMA (price pulling back towards long-term support), the squeeze ratio increases.
In a bearish regime, if the fast EMA rises above the medial EMA (price rallying into long-term resistance), the squeeze ratio increases.
What the Background Colors Mean:
Red Background: Indicates a bullish squeeze—price is compressing downward, hinting a bullish reversal or continuation breakout may occur soon.
Green Background: Indicates a bearish squeeze—price is compressing upward, suggesting a bearish reversal or continuation breakout could soon follow.
Opacity Explanation:
The transparency (opacity) of the background indicates the intensity of the squeeze:
High Opacity (solid color): Strong squeeze, high likelihood of imminent volatility or regime shift.
Low Opacity (faint color): Mild squeeze, signaling early stages of tightening.
Thus, more vivid colors serve as urgent visual warnings that a squeeze is rapidly intensifying.
5. Projected Next Crossover and Pseudo Crossover Mechanism
The indicator calculates an estimated future bar when a crossover (and thus, regime shift) is expected to occur. This calculation incorporates:
Historical EWMA interval.
Current squeeze intensity.
Gap momentum.
A dynamic penalty based on divergence from baseline conditions.
The "Pseudo Crossover" Explained:
A key adaptive feature is the pseudo crossover mechanism. If price action significantly deviates from the projected crossover (for example, if price stays beyond the projected line longer than expected), the indicator acknowledges the projection was incorrect and triggers a "pseudo crossover" event. Essentially, this acts as a reset, updating historical intervals with a weighted adjustment to recalibrate future predictions. In other words, if the indicator’s initial forecast proves inaccurate, it recognizes this quickly, resets itself, and tries again—ensuring it remains responsive and adaptive to actual market conditions.
🧠 Behavioral Theory: Normative Social Influence
This indicator is rooted in behavioral finance theory, specifically leveraging normative social influence (conformity). Traders commonly watch EMA signals (especially the 50 and 200 EMA crossovers). When traders collectively anticipate these signals, they begin trading ahead of actual crossovers, effectively creating self-fulfilling prophecies—similar to Solomon Asch’s famous conformity experiments, where individuals adopted group behaviors even against direct evidence.
This behavior means genuine regime shifts (actual EMA crossovers) rarely occur until EMAs visibly reconverge due to widespread anticipatory trading activity. The indicator quantifies these dynamics by objectively measuring EMA convergence and updating projections accordingly.
📊 How to Use This Indicator
Monitor the background color and opacity as primary visual cues.
A strongly colored background (solid red/green) is an early alert that a squeeze is intensifying—prepare for potential volatility or a regime shift.
Projected crossover lines give a dynamic target bar to watch for trend reversals or confirmations.
After each regime shift, expect a reset of the projection line. The line may seem initially repelled from price action, but it will recalibrate as EMAs converge again.
Trust the pseudo crossover mechanism to automatically recalibrate the indicator if its original projection misses.
🎯 Why Choose This Indicator?
Early Warning: Visual squeeze intensity helps anticipate market breakouts.
Behaviorally Grounded: Leverages real trader psychology (conformity and anticipation).
Objective & Adaptive: Uses real-time, data-driven updates rather than static levels or subjective analysis.
Easy to Interpret: Clear visual signals (arrows, labels, colors) simplify trading decisions.
Self-correcting (Pseudo Crossovers): Quickly adjusts when initial predictions miss, maintaining accuracy over time.
Summary:
The EMA-Based Squeeze Dynamics Indicator combines behavioral insights, dynamic Bayesian-like updates, intuitive visual cues, and a self-correcting pseudo crossover feature to offer traders a reliable early warning system for market squeezes and impending regime shifts. It transparently recalibrates after each regime shift and automatically resets whenever projections prove inaccurate—ensuring you always have an adaptive, realistic forecast.
Whether you're a discretionary trader or algorithmic strategist, this indicator provides a powerful tool to navigate market volatility effectively.
