AAPL - Does price action get any better than this?
Monday pre-market breakdown leaving a clear level of resistance to mark.
204.28 - 204.05
Monday's high is noted
201.89
Tuesday pre-market breaks above Mondays high and the market opens with strength. Price then retraces into Mondays high and consolidates unable to close below the 201.89 level. Tuesday after market action breaks above the Monday resistance.
Wednesday pre-market begins to retrace and we look for strength on Monday's resistance anticipating it may flip to support. The market opens and bounces perfect on Monday's resistance, Support is established, a very nice entry with tight and defined risk.
We then see consolidation above VWAP, another entry is viable here.
The 209.10 level can be seen on my old AAPL chart as an important daily level.
